We're Making Strides Against Breast Cancer
A huge thank you to our volunteers for their help with collecting hundreds of petitions to urge congress to appropriate more funding for the federal program that provides breast and cervical cancer screening to low income medically underserved women.
Special thanks to Ed Delany and his wife who not only collected petitions, but also came with coffee and donuts for the advocacy volunteers, Sue Moats for displaying her beautiful quilt, Peggy Kidwell for staffing the CAN Membership table and Donna, Jeff, and Sam Kufman for collecting petitions.
