2017 IDAHO CANCER RESEARCH & POLICY BREAKFAST
The American Cancer Society Cancer Action Network (ACS CAN), the advocacy affiliate of the American Cancer Society, is working every day to make cancer issues a national priority. At ACS CAN, we amplify the voices of cancer patients and their families in the halls of government. Alongside our volunteer leaders, we advocate in support of policy and legislative solutions at all levels of government designed to reduce the incidence of cancer in our world.
ACS CAN will host our annual Idaho Cancer Research and Policy Breakfast, which brings together more than a hundred leaders from the business, education, government and research communities. Sponsorships and donations benefit the lifesaving work of the American Cancer Society Cancer Action Network.
This year’s event will be held on Thursday, October 12th, at the Saint Alphonsus McCleary Auditorium located at 1055 N Curtis Rd, Boise, ID 83706, and will feature the complementary elements of cancer research and public policy in defeating cancer.
